MUST HAVE a strong background in DENTAL CLAIMS processing, excellent communication skills and dedication to excellence to join our team.
Equally important is a great work ethic, and ability to be a team player.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and establish rapport with them.
Enter patient information into database.
Appointment scheduling.
Telephone patients to collect and provide information.
Liaise with dental team to arrange dental appointments.
Dental Claims and Preauthorization processing.
Assist Practice Manager with day to day office management activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Healthcare setting:
Dental office Schedule:
Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kingston, TN 37763:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
