Work with Corporate HR to provide leadership and good decision making in HR as well as assisting in other departments at the company facility in order to identify, recommend, develop, communicate, implement, and support cost executive solutions, training and strategies for all aspects of the organization.
o Implement and administer personnel policies and procedures.
o Manage and Administer all benefits for company location
o Responsible for staffing including job postings.
o Maintain all attendance and personnel records in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
o Coordinate a wide variety of employee relations functions including recognition events.
o Manage and administer a variety of HR and compliance programs including Safety, Worker's Compensation, OSHA reporting, Employment Eligibility and I-9.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. PHR or SPHR certified, preferred with 5 years' of experience in HR in a Manufacturing Environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
