As the leading dock manufacturer in East Tennessee, we fabricate homeowner docks, commercial marinas, pedestrian bridges, and duck blinds.

Responsibilities:
Tasks - General Assembles fabricated metal products, machinery, and more according to instructions given by supervisor.
Ensures that assemblies are completed properly following all assembly procedures.
Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts material handler if supplies are needed.
Complete assemblies according to drawing, instructions, and work orders.
Consistently achieves production rates.
Works overtime when required.
Assist with monthly and end of year inventory.
Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Tasks - Safety Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, protective eye wear and safety shoes.
Responsibly uses and maintains equipment not to compromise safety.
Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and the work area.
Notifies Supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing assembly environment - Ability to bend, stoop, crawl and stand; lift up to 100 pounds - Ability to prioritize workload and take direction as needed - Basic math skills - Ability to clean and maintain equipment and tools - Stong attention to detail, organization and quality Note:
