In order to fill this position, you must be able to recognize and meet the clients' needs.
The job entails several important aspects of our hospital:
customer service and hospital cleanliness.
Required for this position:
An individual who is service oriented, dedicated, polite, professional, intelligent, trustworthy, empathetic, and organized.
Must also possess the ability to follow directions with and without supervision; and a willingness to learn.
Minimum Education and Qualifications High school degree or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Windows and Word, or similar Must be able to read a street map and give directions to the practice.
Physical Effort:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, stand, stoop, walk, sit, talk, and listen; may be required to walk or stand for long periods of time; will use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; will reach with hands and arms.
The employee is often required to lift and carry animals or materials weighing forty pounds or more; handle dogs weighing up to 150 lbs.

Recognizing and meeting client needs; Ability to handle telephone calls quickly and thoroughly Intake and scheduling related tasks Managing written and verbal communication with pet parents Organizing and maintaining patient records, consent forms, payment forms Hospital Cleanliness
Responsibilities:
maintaining the appearance of lobby and reception area, including:
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to hazards associated with aggressive patients; hazards associated with infected animals and controlled substances; exposure to unpleasant odors and noises; exposure to bites, scratches and animal wastes; possible exposure to contagious diseases; exposure to x-ray radiation.
