The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and be comfortable working with financial documents.
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for accounting.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain financial records and filing systems.
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
Assist in month-end closing activities.
Answer phone calls and provide customer service.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
